Symptom narrative

Verbal order for T-DAP given per MD. LPN administered T-DAP. Prior to administering T-DAP, patient questioned "How many T-Daps do I receive in pregnancy? As I had one the previous office visit." Nurse give injection any way. Upon entering order in EPIC duplicate order discovered. Provider notified. Provider spoke with patient at that time.
