Symptom narrative

Patient went to the Emgergency Department for a fixed dilated left pupil, headache, and blurry vision in left eye and was admitted overnight for tests (MRI brain, EKG, CTA head and neck ) which did not explicitly explain patients abnormal pupillary exam. When evaluated in our clinic 10/29/ Dr. [name withheld] found both eyes to have bilateral ciliary body dysfunction. She was evaluated again today 12/18/25, again found to have ciliary body dysfunction with the following pupillary exams as below. Notably, on evaluations prior to vaccination, patient was found to have normal pupillary function. Pupils 10:29/25: OD: 7.5->7.5 OS: 8->8 No RAPD NO reaction to LIGHT or Accommodation in either eye. Pupils 12/18/25: OD: 6-5.5 OS: 5- 4.5 Left pupil remains tonic after accommodation today
