Symptom narrative

Patient developed left sided hearing loss a couple of hours after receiving his flu vaccine. He had an audiogram and is currently taking prednisone burst and tapper and then will see ENT again on 11/11.

acetaminophen, amlodipine, atorvastatin, Farmiga, tamsulosin, timolol 0.5% ophthalmic, Vasotec
