Symptom narrative

Patient received two vaccines in the morning. Went to bed and woke up disoriented at 02:00 the next morning. She went to the restroom and sat on the toilet where she thinks she lost consciousness or had a seizure and hit her head on the wall three times. She then regained consciousness and walked back to her bed. She was unable to go back to sleep and couldn't feel her arm. The next day she was dizzy and lethargic until she went to bed. On the morning of 11/05/2025 she had recovered from lethargy and dizziness but had a know at injection site and head was sore where she hit it against the wall. She didn't seek medical advice but called our store to notify me.
