Symptom narrative

patient received a dose of FluLaval influenza vaccine on 08/22/2025. Patient received another dose of the FluLaval influenza vaccine on 11/04/2025. The parent had reported that the child had not yet received a dose of the seasonal influenza vaccine prior to administration. There were no immediate adverse events after administration of the vaccine. Parent was notified immediately at the time of the incident and advised to monitor for and report any adverse events/signs/symptoms.
