Patient came in for flu and covid vaccine. After the second vaccine, patient noticed she was bleeding. She stated she did not feel well. She started changing color, turning pale, then passed out for a few seconds. Mother was with patient and comforted daughter. Mother also stated this has happened before. Even after coming to, immediately, patient remained lethargic. She was able to talk and able to answer questions. Mother refused our offer to call for emergency services. We provided patient cold compress, placed it on the back of her neck. She threw up at this point. We then grabbed her a water and she passed out again for a few seconds. She remained lethargic for few minutes, then her skin color returned to normal. Patient was able to stand and felt she was much better at this point, after which mother and daughter left.
