Symptom narrative

Prior to the Vaccination as indicated, I had a pre-existing conditon of non length dependent small fiber nueropathy. The presentation prior to the vaccination was on my front torso, 25% of my upper mid back and thighs. ***I received the second dose of the shingles vaccine at the beginning of October 2024. 3-4 after the second dose of the shingles vaccine, "my body exploded." I had 30 days of my entire body burning in the middle of the night (arms, legs, torso and even face). I would sit in the bath tub at 2-3 in the morning. After the explosion stopped. My non length dependent small fiber nueropathy had spread to 100 percent of my back, buttocks, back of my legs, top of my calves and up my neck. Dr-Rhuemotologist believed I had an adverse event to the Shingrix Vaccine. I now cannot sit comfortably, wear clothing etc. This as ruined my entire life!

Current illness

Had an existing non length dependent small fiber nueropathy issue.

Medical history

Asthma (Pretty much resolved-Had it as a child). As I mentioned above I had an existing non-length dependent small fiber nueropathy issue prior to the vaccine. Presenting on my thighs, torso, and 25% of my mid back.

Other medications

Tadail , Fenofibrate, Repatha, Losartan, Nexium

Allergies

None

Lab data

Dr performed large fiber nerve conduction studies, negative result. She also did the punch biopsys on the four nomative places on the leg. Those also turned out negative. Dr Believes that for non length dependent presentations small fiber nerve biopsys are not reliable because of the patchy presentation of the condition/disease. These studies were done in and around December 2024.
