Symptom narrative

Arm is painful when moving and to the touch, difficult to lift arm above shoulder height, pt iced arm and applied heat and tried lidocaine patch and regularly takes pain med for back which did not improve arm pain. Pain began morning after vaccine when she pushed down with that arm to get out of bed and has hurt since. advised to contact md, I tried contacting him, waiting on call back. advised continue ice and heat
