Symptom narrative

Patient came back about two weeks after vaccination complaining of marble like bump at the injection site. She also mentioned the site was red and painful for a few days following the injection. Now it is no longer red or painful but has a solid bump in the area. The patient came in and reported the adverse event. Patient was given a dose of prevnar20 vaccine in the same arm. We are uncertain which vaccine caused the adverse effect. We took a look and verified the bump on the arm. Patient just wanted to have us take a look. I discussed the possibility of it self resolving or she may have to see her doctor if it got worse. Patient was satisfied with the answer.
