child was not currently having any side effects; that their 3 month old was supposed to get PREVNAR 20 at the check up but instead received GARDASIL 9; This spontaneous report was received from a consumer or other non-health professional and refers to a 3-month-old patient of unknown gender. The patient's medical history was not reported. The patient's concurrent conditions were not reported. Concomitant therapies were not reported. On 21-OCT-2025, the patient was vaccinated with Human Papillomavirus 9-valent Vaccine, Recombinant (GARDASIL9), injection 0.5 mL (route of administration, anatomical location, lot number and expiration date were not reported), instead of Pneumococcal vaccine conj 20 v (PREVENAR 20) (Drug not administered) (Wrong product administered). The patient was not currently having any side effects (No adverse event).
