extra dose of vaccine from a different manufacturing company.; extra dose of vaccine from a different manufacturing company.; This non-serious case was reported by a physician via call center representative and described the occurrence of accidental overdose in a 17-year-old male patient who received Men B NVS (Bexsero) (batch number 7MN4C, expiry date 29-FEB-2028) for prophylaxis. Co-suspect products included Meningococcal vaccine B rfHbpA/fHbpB (Trumenba) (batch number MA2515) for prophylaxis. Concomitant products included HPV VACCINE. On 15-OCT-2025, the patient received Bexsero (intramuscular) .5 ml and Trumenba. On 15-OCT-2025, an unknown time after receiving Bexsero and Trumenba, the patient experienced accidental overdose (Verbatim: extra dose of vaccine from a different manufacturing company.) and interchange of vaccine products (Verbatim: extra dose of vaccine from a different manufacturing company.). The outcome of the accidental overdose and interchange of vaccine products were not applicable. Additional Information: GSK receipt date 16 OCT 2025: The patient received 2 vaccines of Meningococcal B by error (medical error). The patient received one dose of Bexsero vaccine and one dose of Trumenba, another Meningococcal vaccine on the same day. The HCP reported that the patient also received an HPV vaccine as well. No additional information was reported.
