Symptom narrative

Inappropriate age at vaccine administration; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of inappropriate age at vaccine administration in a 10-month-old female patient who received DTPa-IPV (Kinrix) (batch number YN2x2, expiry date 16-OCT-2026) for prophylaxis. On 09-OCT-2025, the patient received Kinrix. On 09-OCT-2025, an unknown time after receiving Kinrix, the patient experienced inappropriate age at vaccine administration (Verbatim: Inappropriate age at vaccine administration). The outcome of the inappropriate age at vaccine administration was not applicable.
