Symptom narrative

never received the second dose; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a 55-year-old female patient who did not receive Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (received 1st dose in 2020). On an unknown date, the patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. On an unknown date, the patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: never received the second dose). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 27-OCT-2025 The customer reports she received one dose of Shingrix in 2020 but she never received the second dose.
