Expired Product Used; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in a 12-month-old male patient who received Hib (Hiberix) (batch number KF25B, expiry date 30-SEP-2025) for prophylaxis. On 28-OCT-2025, the patient received Hiberix. On 28-OCT-2025, an unknown time after receiving Hiberix, the patient experienced expired vaccine used (Verbatim: Expired Product Used). The outcome of the expired vaccine used was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK receipt date: 28-OCT-2025 Licensed Practical Nurse called to ask for advise (revaccination, broad stability info) about the maladministration to a patient of an expired dose of Hiberix. Vaccination date, vaccine detail and patient demographics were obtained. No further information was obtained.
