Potential MMRV administration after expiration date; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in a patient who received HBV (Engerix B) (batch number AHBVB735AA) for prophylaxis. Co-suspect products included MEASLES VACCINE;MUMPS VACCINE;RUBELLA VACCINE (batch number 0311Z) for prophylaxis. On an unknown date, the patient received Engerix B and MEASLES VACCINE;MUMPS VACCINE;RUBELLA VACCINE. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Engerix B and MEASLES VACCINE;MUMPS VACCINE;RUBELLA VACCINE, the patient experienced expired vaccine used (Verbatim: Potential MMRV administration after expiration date). The outcome of the expired vaccine used was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK receipt date:30-OCT-2025 A health care provider wanted to check the expiration date of an Engerix-B (lot number AHBVB735AA) and MMRV (lot number 0311Z) in order to confirm that they were not administered already expired back in 2012. He declined given patients details for the potential adverse events. No information was found in the system for those two lot numbers.
