Expired Product Used; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in a 61-year-old female patient who received RSVPreF3 adjuvanted (Arexvy) (batch number A9KR2, expiry date 19-OCT-2025) for prophylaxis. On 30-OCT-2025, the patient received Arexvy. On 30-OCT-2025, an unknown time after receiving Arexvy, the patient experienced expired vaccine used (Verbatim: Expired Product Used). The outcome of the expired vaccine used was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date:03-NOV-2025 The reporter called to report that she had administered a patient an expired dose of Arexvy. The nurse wanted to know how to proceed and if revaccination was needed. The Vaccine Administration Facility is the same as Primary Reporter.
