Expired Dose Administered; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in a patient who received RSVPreF3 adjuvanted (Arexvy) (expiry date 01-NOV-2025) for prophylaxis. On 03-NOV-2025, the patient received Arexvy. On 03-NOV-2025, an unknown time after receiving Arexvy, the patient experienced expired vaccine used (Verbatim: Expired Dose Administered). The outcome of the expired vaccine used was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 03-NOV-2025 The reporter gave an expired Arexvy vaccine, it expired in two days ago from the day of reporting.
