This case was linked to other case US-SA-2025SA324471 This case involves a 5 years old and unknown gender patient who accidentally received IPV (VERO) [IPOL] with no reported adverse event. The patient's past medical history, medical treatment(s), vaccination(s) and family history were not provided. On an unknown date, the patient accidentally received unknown dose of suspect IPV (VERO) Suspension for injection (Unknown strength, lot and expiry date) via unknown route in unknown administration site for prophylactic vaccination (Immunisation) with no reported adverse event (wrong patient received product) (Latency same day).
