Symptom narrative

Swelling and pain in my left leg and ankle. I ve been to the ER when I was struck by a vehicle and I told him my leg swells often, he diagnosed it as tendinitis. My chest paid is real bad, my heart beat feels different. I get light headed and short of breath. My mental function has changed now as well. Everything seems harder to do and I feel stupid more so if that makes any sense.
