Symptom narrative

No additional AE; HCP reports that the patient received a dose of MMR II 29 hours into its temperature excursion (unsupported case number is 02887945) . No other information was available at the time of the call. The Diluent used to reconstitute the vaccine lot and ex; This spontaneous report was received from a consumer or other non-health professional and refers to a patient of unknown age and gender. The patient's medical history, concurrent conditions and concomitant therapies were not reported. On 09-Oct-2025, the patient was vaccinated with a dose of Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (Wistar RA 27-3) Virus Vaccine, Live (M-M-R II), (lot #Z005718, expiration date: 07-Mar-2027) 0.5 ml/series, (anatomical location and administration route were not reported); diluted with a sterile diluent (Hollister-Stier STERILE DILUENT), (lot #, expiration date, anatomical location and administration route were not reported) administered as prophylaxis. The reporter stated that the patient received the dose of Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (Wistar RA 27-3) Virus Vaccine, Live (M-M-R II) 29 hours into its temperature excursion, however, no other information was available at the time of the call. The excursion occurred at a temperature of 14 Celsius degrees (C) during a time frame of 96 Hours and was confirmed that no previous temperature excursions occurred. The entire excursion was 96 hours and the patient received a dose 29 hours into the excursion.
