Symptom narrative

Vaccine stored outside recommended conditions and administered to patient; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of incorrect storage of drug in a patient who received Men ACWY-CRM NVS (Menveo) for prophylaxis. Co-suspect products included HAV (Havrix) for prophylaxis and Men B NVS (Bexsero) for prophylaxis. On an unknown date, the patient received Menveo, Havrix and Bexsero. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Menveo, Havrix and Bexsero, the patient experienced incorrect storage of drug (Verbatim: Vaccine stored outside recommended conditions and administered to patient). The outcome of the incorrect storage of drug was not applicable. This report is made by GSK without prejudice and does not imply any admission or liability for the incident or its consequences. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 23-OCT-2025 A Licensed Practical Nurse reported a temperature excursion of 1.18 degree Celsius for 10 minutes occurred in 23 OCT 2025 for Bexsero, Havrix and Menveo 1-vial presentation. The batch number was not provided upon follow- up with the reporter.
