Symptom narrative

Initial Symptoms:- Weakness- Joint pain- Swelling of extremities (shoulders, knees, and other joints)- Reduced mobility Progression:- Pain and swelling increased over several days, leading to severe limitation of movement.- The patient became unable to walk or use one arm effectively.- Persistent swelling and pain despite initial treatments. Duration: Symptoms have persisted and still active since onset, with limited improvement.
