one dose Menveo that was inadvertently given to a 2 month old baby; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of inappropriate age at vaccine administration in a 2-month-old patient who received Men ACWY-CRM NVS (Menveo) for prophylaxis. On an unknown date, the patient received Menveo. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Menveo, the patient experienced inappropriate age at vaccine administration (Verbatim: one dose Menveo that was inadvertently given to a 2 month old baby). The outcome of the inappropriate age at vaccine administration was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 23-OCT-2025 The nurse enquired if they had any information on the safety of the one dose (1 vial) Menveo that was inadvertently given to a 2-month-old baby. The batch number was not provided upon follow- up with the reporter.
