Symptom narrative

On 7/24/2025 patient returned to pharmacy with 1½ in diameter circular site with inflammation and redness located around the injection site. Pain, redness and inflammation subsided after several days with the use of ibuprofen prn. Patient reports that residual pain extending down the arm, and the trunk into the legs appears several weeks after the vaccination and has progressively gotten worse. He has not sought medical attention for an evaluation.
