Symptom narrative

Approx 2 weeks after receipt of AVA dose #3, pt developed lesions on palms and soles (primarily small pink macules) and arthralgias. SSLR related to AVA has been considered in differential dx. Diagnostic work-up is ongoing, and includes Allergy/Immunology and ID consults. Sxms have been considered non-impairing and primary care team maintains this member on full-duty. Immunization Healthcare Division (submitting this VAERS) is also following and will consult on future vaccine recommendations.
