Symptom narrative

Administration after temp excursion; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of incorrect storage of drug in a 6-year-old patient who received DTPa (Infanrix) for prophylaxis. On 21-OCT-2025, the patient received Infanrix. On 21-OCT-2025, an unknown time after receiving Infanrix, the patient experienced incorrect storage of drug (Verbatim: Administration after temp excursion). The outcome of the incorrect storage of drug was not applicable. This report is made by GSK without prejudice and does not imply any admission or liability for the incident or its consequences. Additional Information: GSK receipt date: 22-OCT-2025 HCP informed that after the excursion (31.8 to 32.3 degrees F, for 5 minutes) they administer the vaccine.
