Symptom narrative

Pt called clinic with reports that her left arm has red blotches and is warm to the touch. Also sent a picture. Appeared as described by the pt. Denies any SOB, etc. ER precautions reviewed. Encouraged cool compress, prn Tylenol & either Benadryl cream or a dose in tab form. Pt pregnant. 28+2 on the date vaccine was given. EDC 1/26/26
