Patient received vaccines on 11/6/2025 at approximately 9am and later had the adverse reaction on 11/6/2025 at approximately 12pm. Patient had approximately 35 minutes of lethargy, poor tone, perioral cyanosis and unresponsiveness. Patient was admitted to the hospital.
