Symptom narrative

I didn't notice that the expired date and administer them. There was no treatment but the parent was notified immediately when discovered. MOC decided not to re-administer as both vaccines will be given again in 6 months. MOC said the pt had no symptoms and did well with the 3 vaccines that were given that day.
