Symptom narrative

32 y/o 38 week pregnant female was accidently given her 2nd TDAP 11days apart her first dose. Tolerated well with no adverse effect noted after 30 min. vaccine administered. Client was informed on incident and was a told VEAR report will be done on incident. Client was also told to report to her OB/GYN. Client verbalized understanding.
