Lab data

CT scan of the paranasal sinuses (date: [insert date]) showed mild mucosal thickening and congestion consistent with chronic rhinosinusitis. Allergy testing revealed sensitivity to environmental allergens. ENT examination confirmed nasal obstruction and eustachian tube dysfunction. No other significant lab abnormalities were reported.
