22-month-old patient got a dose of kinrix instead of the scheduled dose of Infanrix; 22-month-old patient got a dose of kinrix instead of the scheduled dose of Infanrix; 22-month-old patient got a dose of kinrix instead of the scheduled dose of Infanrix; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of wrong vaccine administered in a 22-month-old female patient who received DTPa-IPV (Kinrix) for prophylaxis. Co-suspect products included DTPa (Infanrix) for prophylaxis. On 21-OCT-2025, the patient received the 3rd dose of Kinrix. On an unknown date, the patient received Infanrix. On 21-OCT-2025, an unknown time after receiving Kinrix and not applicable after receiving Infanrix, the patient experienced wrong vaccine administered (Verbatim: 22-month-old patient got a dose of kinrix instead of the scheduled dose of Infanrix), inappropriate schedule of vaccine administered (Verbatim: 22-month-old patient got a dose of kinrix instead of the scheduled dose of Infanrix) and inappropriate age at vaccine administration (Verbatim: 22-month-old patient got a dose of kinrix instead of the scheduled dose of Infanrix). The outcome of the wrong vaccine administered, inappropriate schedule of vaccine administered and inappropriate age at vaccine administration were not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 23-OCT-2025 Reporter called to report that a 22-month-old patient had received a dose of kinrix instead of the scheduled dose of Infanrix as part of the 5-dose DTaP vaccine series (3 out of 5 doses completed). The nurse inquired about the effectiveness of the dose and whether there were any safety concerns due to the patient's age. The batch number was not provided and a request for this information has been made.
