Rotarix expired dose administration; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in a 4-month-old female patient who received Rota (Rotarix liquid formulation) (batch number LL455, expiry date 11-OCT-2025) for prophylaxis. On 23-OCT-2025, the patient received Rotarix liquid formulation. On 23-OCT-2025, an unknown time after receiving Rotarix liquid formulation, the patient experienced expired vaccine used (Verbatim: Rotarix expired dose administration). The outcome of the expired vaccine used was not applicable. This report is made by GSK without prejudice and does not imply any admission or liability for the incident or its consequences. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 24-OCT-2025 A registered nurse called to seek guidance on how to proceed with a patient who had received an expired dose of Rotarix. The dose was administered on 23 Oct 2025, and the expiry date of the vaccine was 11 Oct 2025. No further details were provided.
