Received 1st dose in September 2018, never received 2nd dose; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a patient who did not receive Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (received 1st dose in SEP-2018). On an unknown date, the patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: Received 1st dose in September 2018, never received 2nd dose). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 27-OCT-2025 The health care professional reported that the patient received 1st dose of Shingrix vaccine in SEP-2018 and never received 2nd dose.
