a 10 weeks old patient received an expired dose of Rotarix; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in a 10-week-old male patient who received Rota (Rotarix liquid formulation) (batch number GG2YS, expiry date 18-OCT-2025) for prophylaxis. On 21-OCT-2025, the patient received Rotarix liquid formulation (oral). On 21-OCT-2025, an unknown time after receiving Rotarix liquid formulation, the patient experienced expired vaccine used (Verbatim: a 10 weeks old patient received an expired dose of Rotarix). The outcome of the expired vaccine used was not applicable. This report is made by GSK without prejudice and does not imply any admission or liability for the incident or its consequences.
