administration of Arexvy after its expiration; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in an specified number of patients who received RSVPreF3 adjuvanted (Arexvy) (batch number 94CC4, expiry date 31-OCT-2025) for prophylaxis. On 03-NOV-2025, the patient received Arexvy. On 03-NOV-2025, an unknown time after receiving Arexvy, the patient experienced expired vaccine used (Verbatim: administration of Arexvy after its expiration). The outcome of the expired vaccine used was not applicable.
