patient received the vaccine with the diluent syringe and not the actual antigen vial; This is a spontaneous report received from Other HCPs and Nurses from medical information team. A 63-year-old male patient received rsv vaccine prot.subunit pref 2v (ABRYSVO), on 03Nov2025 as dose number unknown, single (Lot number: LG9828, Expiration Date: 31Oct2025) at the age of 63 years for immunisation, Device Expiration Date: Mar2026. The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: PRODUCT PREPARATION ERROR (non-serious) with onset 03Nov2025, outcome "unknown", described as "patient received the vaccine with the diluent syringe and not the actual antigen vial".
