Underage administration (MENVEO 1 vial administered to a 5 month old patient); This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of inappropriate age at vaccine administration in a 5-month-old female patient who received Men ACWY-CRM NVS (Menveo) (batch number N4TY2, expiry date 31-JAN-2027) for prophylaxis. On 30-OCT-2025, the patient received the 1st dose of Menveo. On 30-OCT-2025, an unknown time after receiving Menveo, the patient experienced inappropriate age at vaccine administration (Verbatim: Underage administration (MENVEO 1 vial administered to a 5 month old patient)). The outcome of the inappropriate age at vaccine administration was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 30-OCT-2025 The office manager reported that a nurse practitioner at their facility maladministered a five month old patient a Menveo one vial vaccine. The office Manager needs expedite advise and safety concerns to address with the patient´s parents. No further information was obtained, The vaccine administration facility was the same as primary reporter.
