Symptom narrative

Symptoms presented about 30 minutes prior to clinic arrival. Patient seen by RN and provider. Right deltoid pain and erythema, and whole arm swelling. Right earlobe redness. Bilateral tonsils edema. Sent to emergency room for possible acutely spreading allergy.
