Symptom narrative

Headache for 3 days. Left upper trapezius pain and soreness. Brain fog and woozy feeling for almost 2 weeks. Second morning after injection I hit my forehead bending down on the counter due to not feeling like myself and less control of my movements. Overall body tingling started and made me feel off balance and "ungrounded" / "unsteady" on my feet. Extreme fatigue for almost 2 weeks. Took naps when that is completely abnormal. Had to take days off of working out due to the fatigue and tingling. Notified my PCP and consulted with the NP's that I work with. Was taking cold and flu medication during this time. Finally on 11/3/2025 the tingling and fatigue started to subside.

Don't feel well for 1-2 days after the flu shot typically, achy, tired, possible headache, stuffy nose.
