Symptom narrative

Patient developed generalized intense pruritus (itching) on the hands, as well as abdominal cramping, three days after co-administration of the COVID Vaccine and Flu Vaccine. Symptoms were successfully treated with one dose of Zyrtec (cetirizine). Still experiencing intermittent palm tingling.
