Patient was administered Menquadfi vaccine on 10/29/2025. Patient's mother contacted doctor office stating patient developed swelling, redness and itching on left upper arm, the site of the vaccine administration. Patient was prescribed Benadryl, Hydrocortisone and Ibuprofen
