Symptom narrative

Pt started to feel lightheaded within a couple of minutes of getting both flu and covid vaccines. Similar reaction had happened in the past when she got multiple shots at the same time. Pt drank some juice and lied down on the exam table. BP several minutes later was 102/62 (pulse 91). BP 5 min after that was 107/58 (pulse 83). Pt felt much better and was able to ambulate without assistance. No sob, chest pain, itchiness, rash, vomiting, etc.
