Symptom narrative

Patient received vaccination on 11/3/2025. On the evening of 11/4/2025, patient noticed some swelling and broken blood vessels around vaccination site. By 11/5/2025, he noticed swelling of the entire upper arm. On 11/7/2025, the swelling had spread down to his wrist.

Current illness

Patient states he had mild cold symptoms for a few days before receiving vaccination

Medical history

COPD, CAD, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, fatty liver, OSA, A-fib, smoker

Other medications

albuterol, amlodipine, Eliquis, vit C, atorvastatin, Trelegy, Mucinex, duonebs, lutein, metoprolol, olmesartan-HCTZ, multivitamin, vit B complex, sildenafil

Venous doppler of the L arm: "Positive for occlusive DVT in the proximal brachial vein extending to the mid brachial vein with additional apparent partial occlusive DVT in the proximal left cephalic vein"
