Symptom narrative

Patient came to us at 1:20 after shot and stated she felt like her tongue was "tingly", she stated she felt like it was an allergic reaction so we called EMS. At 1:30 ish she did not feel any better, she felt like it was starting to affect her breathing and Benadryl was administered. At 1:40 ish she started to feel like she was "breathing through a straw" and I administered an Epipen. Five minutes later I asked how she felt and she stated that she felt a little bit better and as we were discussing if she felt a second dose needed to be administered, the EMS arrived and took her to the ER.
