Symptom narrative

Patient received a shingles shot on 11/7 and called on 11/8 complaining of a rapid heart rate. She stated she thought it was related to the shingles shot because she looked it up online. I explained it was unlikely to be related and asked if she measuredit. She stated it was 91 beats per minute. I explained that anything between 60-100 bpm is a normal heart rate. She continued to express anxiety and I reassured her and suggested that if she continued to be worried about it she could call her PCP to speak with someone.
