Patient was hospitalized the next morning due to left-sided weakness, dysarthria, and left facial droop. She is pending neurology evaluation and MRI brain.

Medical history

Chronic back pain, PE, prior CVA, hypothyroidism, spinal stenosis with chronic back pain, depression, multiple sclerosis

Other medications

Multiple- Eliquis, Metoprolol, Atorvastatin, carbamazepine, B12, vitamin D, duloxetine, Zetia Lasix, metformin, mirtazapine, montelukast, oxycodone, Lyrica, teriflunomide, tramadol
