Symptom narrative

Patient waited for the 15 minutes after vaccine and reported to me that she felt numbness and tingling in her arm while waiting and then as she is talking to me, the numbness in her arms went away and she feels a little in her left leg. Patient was recommended to seek medical attention right away. She was going to go to the urgent care next door.
