Symptom narrative

Immediately after the vaccines I began experiencing pain and stiffness inside my shoulder. These symptoms are still present and unimproved as of today. I had no muscle pain after the vaccines, this pain is inside the shoulder and comes with inability to lift the arm above 90 degrees and limited range of motion. My PCP diagnosed me with shoulder injury related to vaccine administration.
