Symptom narrative

Left arm pain with difficulty moving arm that has not subsided in over 8 days. Arm began throbbing within an hour after injection and continued to worsen through the evening and into the next day. Even with ibuprofen, rest and time, this pain is still present and makes it difficult to move my arm forward or backwards.
